Contracting Manager is a key role where an ideal candidate will be responsible for contracting with supply partners to drive business growth and healthy profitability while providing a 10/10 user experience. You should be able to get your hands dirty, be on the ground and identify & contract with the right channel partners - hoteliers, local operators, ground handlers, etc.
Annual CTC - ₹9 to 18 LPA

Fast Appraisal - Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020
Aggressive Hikes - In May'21 & Jan'22, Average Hike was 35% & 30% respectively.

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
This is a P&L ownership role - Responsible for the overall strategy & execution of a specific destination(s)/ products
Reach out to vendors (hoteliers, cab operators/ ground handlers, etc) and contract/ negotiate with them
On-ground recce of hotels, cabs, drivers, etc.
Set the right SLAs with supply partners in contracts
Track/ maintain an understanding of the competition and act accordingly
Should have the ability to identify opportunities to increase profitability while delivering a 10/10 user experience
Will play an active role in deciding/ driving products to be sold in the B2B community
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 4 years of experience in travel industry contracting
Willingness to travel extensively domestically and internationally basis requirement
Ethical, hardworking, and 'passionate about startups' mindset
Disciplined & process oriented
Strong negotiation skills
An entrepreneurial bent of mind
