Profile Overview:

Business Analyst (Reporting and Automation) at TravClan is a key role that focuses on empowering key stakeholders across teams/ functions in solving business problems and making effective business decisions using advanced data techniques.

What we are looking for: 

Desired Candidate Profile

• Prior experience in developing excel/google sheet based tools and dashboard

• Willing to learn more

Must have technical skills

• Advanced SQL Queries

• Advance Google Sheets / MS Excel

• VBA / App Script

• Google Data Studio / Tableau

Basic Qualifications:

• 1 to 4 Year experience in analytics / consulting

• Prior experience with advanced querying in SQL / NoSQL databases

• Prior experience with data visualization tools like Data Studio / Tableau / PowerBi

• Prior experience using advance excel/google sheets with VBA macro / App script

• Prior experience in developing excel/google sheet based tools and dashboards

This role is not ideal for someone who is:

• Struggle with interpreting complex datasets
• Lacks proficiency data analysis tools
• Not comfortable with long working hours, i.e., 10-12 hours dails
• Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)

The Recruitment Process:

1. Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute basic aptitude test.
 
2. Technical Assessment Task: This one-hour role specific assessment will be an evaluation of the ‘must have technical skills’ mentioned above.

3. Personal Interviews: 1 video interview, and 2 detailed discussions
 
4. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes documentation and offer extension.

Important Points:

• Office Location - Connaught Place, Delhi 

• Timings- 9.30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
