Profile Overview:

Learning and Development Manager at TravClan is a key role focused on helping employees grow and improve. The ideal candidate will create and deliver training programs, track employee progress, and build a culture of learning. This role involves working closely with different teams to make sure the training supports company goals and helps employees develop their skills for career growth.


Growth Prospects:    

  • Annual CTC - ₹8 to 12 LPA 

  • ESOPs + promotions + aggressive growth prospects (read further) !

  • Fast Appraisal -  Despite Covid, we had appraisals in 6 months in Jan & July 2020 

  • Aggressive Hikes -  In May'21 & Jan'22, Average Hike was 35% & 30% respectively.

What we are looking for: 

Roles & Responsibilities:


  • Design, develop, and regularly update training content for onboarding, process training, and sales enablement programs, along with creating engaging materials such as presentations, SOPs, playbooks, and assessments.
  • Plan and deliver onboarding and role-based training sessions, while facilitating interactive and outcome-driven sessions using activities, case studies, and role-based exercises.
  • Collaborate with sales teams to identify challenges and develop relevant content, while supporting capability building through mock calls, feedback, and refresher trainings.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional stakeholders, manage training schedules and trackers, and ensure training resources are organized and accessible.
  • Monitor training effectiveness through feedback, and continuously improve content quality, delivery methods, and domain knowledge.

  • Not confident in handling learner queries, feedback, or training-related escalations

  • Not comfortable working 10–12 hours a day in a high-performance environment

  • Not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)


The Recruitment Process:

1. Aptitude Test & Group Discussion: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
2. 
Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
4. 
Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.


Important Points:

  • Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi 

  • Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
