What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
In this role, you have to work in operations for 3 months.
Update contracts, rate sheets, and static data regularly on the system.
Ensure all rates and packages on the portal are accurate and up-to-date.
Compare portal rates and packages with competitors to maintain industry competitiveness.
Identify and correct errors, including tracking and resolving quote failures.
Maintain data integrity and ensure all static data is accurate and aligned with business standards.
Collaborate on new projects aimed at streamlining processes and improving agent efficiency.
Support initiatives that enable agents to sell more holiday packages effectively.
Prepare reports and provide insights to optimize offerings andimprove the portal experience.

The Recruitment Process:
Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
Group Discussion: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30-minute group discussion round.
Technical Task: A technical task related to the excel and data analysis.
Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.

Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
