Design and implement retention and reactivation campaigns across email, WhatsApp, and in-app channels to drive agent engagement and business growth.
Collaborate with product & sales teams to craft ideas that solve real business problems, not just communication ones.

Work with the marketing team to craft narratives that drive engagement and brand recall across different audiences.
Spot and act on viral trends, formats, and hooks to grow reach organically.
