Profile Overview:
Operations Associate (Rotational Day and Night Shift) at TravClan is a key role that focuses on managing end-to-end booking and related operations across products while ensuring customer delight and timely deliverables during late/ night hours. Handling on-ground operations, increasing GMV & processing bookings on time are some of the high priority activities undertaken in Operations.

- Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
- Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations etc
- Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
- Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
- Ensure customer delight.
- Demonstrate multitasking abilities
You Must:
- have a minimum of 6 months of full-time work experience to be eligible for this role

The Recruitment Process:
- Aptitude Test: The first step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
- Group Discussion: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30 minute group discussion round.
- Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
