Roles & Responsibilities:
Completing all bookings and flight/hotel/packages operations-related work including cancellations, refunds, etc
Coordination with suppliers to ensure timely revert on quotes and booking details such as vouchers, confirmations etc
Coordinate with customers and vendors to ensure timely delivery
Manage feedback and escalations from customers and vendors.
Ensure customer delight.
Demonstrate multitasking abilities

Group Discussion: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the second step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30 minutes group discussion round.
