Profile Overview:
Social Media Intern at TravClan is a key role that focuses on building a highly engaged community of members, creating marketing flyers and mailers, Designing and Presenting new ideas for digital content and collaborating with internal teams.
Growth Prospects:
Stipend- Your starting stipend will be Rs.15000 per month. After each month based on your performance your stipend will gradually increase. The Increase will happen as follows -
Certificate on completion of internship. Letter of Recommendation or PPO on delivering exceptional results with CTC ranging between 5 to 7 LPA.

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Building a highly engaged community of members
Interface with the business and product team to grow the volume of business
Create marketing material (posters / mailers) etc for TravClan website and app.
Ensuring healthy retention rate of agents.
Design and present new marketing campaign ideas.
Monitor all marketing platforms for trending news, ideas, and feedback
Research and evaluate competitor marketing and digital content.
Contribute to the creation of mock-ups, email campaigns, and marketing content

The Recruitment Process:
1. Marketing Task: The first round consists of a marketing assignment that tests the basic design knowledge of the candidate.
2. Aptitude Test & Group Discussion: The next step of the recruitment process is a 50-minute aptitude test, followed by a basic 30-minute group discussion round.
3. Personal Interviews: 2-3 interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
4. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits, ESOPs, and many other benefits.
Important Points:
Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
