Content Specialist at TravClan is a key role where an ideal candidate will be responsible for creating a highly engaging content and executing our marketing strategy, lead marketing campaigns, evaluate marketing performance metrics, and collaborate with internal teams to build a highly engaged community of travel entrepreneurs and drive growth through digital means.

Roles & Responsibilities:
Conceptualize, scriptwrite, storyboard, film, and edit high-quality, engaging video content aligned with the overall marketing strategy. (Proficiency with camera operation is essential)
Develop a deep understanding of different video formats and platform requirements (e.g., YouTube, Instagram Reels, etc).
Edit and post-produce video content using editing software (e.g. Adobe Premiere) to ensure a polished final product.
Collaborate with the marketing team to understand content goals and target audience.
Stay up-to-date on video content trends and best practicesMnage and optimize paid advertising c

The Recruitment Process:
1. Marketing Task: The first round consists of a marketing assignment which tests the basic design knowledge of the candidate.
2. Aptitude Test: The next step of the recruitment process is a basic 50-minute aptitude test.
3. Group Discussion: If you clear the Aptitude Test, the third step of the recruitment process would be a 20-30 minutes group discussion round.
4. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video/in person interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
5. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.
Important Points:
Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
