Profile Overview:
UI Designer at TravClan is a key role which focuses on creating interactive programs that enhance a customer's experience with a brand and facilitate an enjoyable experience on the business's website.

What we are looking for:
Roles & Responsibilities:
Responsible for building sitemaps, wireframes and prototypes for various screens and products
Design UI mockups and prototypes for applications
Design graphic user interface and elements for web and mobile
Identify and troubleshoot UI problems.
Adhere to style standards and guidelines
Working on other graphics and branding projects in the company
Desired Candidate Profile
Minimum 2 years of Design Experience
Should have a good portfolio displaying their design work
Knowledge of tools like: Figma/XD; Adobe Illustrator; Adobe Photoshop

not excited about working on Saturdays (6 days a week)
The Recruitment Process:
1. CV Shortlisting: The first step of the recruitment process includes shortlisting of candidates based on CV.
2. Task Round: Task related to Design
3. Personal Interviews: 2-3 video interviews. Detailed discussions about the job profile, company & candidature are discussed in these rounds.
4. Extending an offer: On successfully clearing the interview rounds, the job offer is extended to the candidate. This includes financial benefits and many other benefits.
Important Points:
Office Location- Connaught Place, Delhi
Work Timings - 9:30 till work gets over. You are considering joining a startup. Building anything of value takes time. The majority of our exits happen within the first 2 months of people joining because new joiners are not able to adjust to the high pace environment. You can expect 10-12 hours of work in a day!
